- Description: Hi there, Our fridge side of the refrigerator is not working at all. The freezer side is working like the refrigerator side currently (meaning it's cold but not cold enough to freeze everything). We tried unplugging for 24 hours and replugging it in. We tried cleaning the dust/dirt from under the unit, and still it is not cooling the fridge portion at all. Also worth noting that the water dispenser is working, however the water is not cold at all and there is no ice being made. We definitely need someone to see what is causing this issue ASAP. Thank you in advance!
